DESCRIPTION:A workshop for Waldorf grades 1-5 class teachers\, subject teachers\, and Waldorf homeschooling parents \nFacilitated by Jane Wulsin of Green Meadow Waldorf School \nThis hands-on workshop is designed to help you learn and practice skills and techniques that will support and enhance your daily main lessons. Under the guidance of a master Waldorf educator with 35 years of class teaching experience\, you and your colleagues will: \n\nLearn how to make the most of your work with block and stick crayons\nPractice main lesson book illustrations and form drawings\nExplore the purpose behind the artistic component of main lesson work\nDiscuss healthy practices for the teaching of artistic skills through the grades\nDiscover ways to bring out the artist in every child… and in yourself\n\n  \nWe will be drawing! If possible\, bring a set of block and stick crayons. Additional supplies will be available if needed. \nWaldorf class teacher Jane Wulsin has been a member of the faculty at Green Meadow Waldorf School (NY) since 1979. Having taken four classes there through full eight-year cycles\, she is currently back teaching (and drawing!) in their fifth grade classroom.
