DESCRIPTION:The newest workshop in our Collaborative Leadership: Mastering the Essentials series\n\n\nInspiring\n\n\nIntervening\n\n\nSteering\n\n\nCoaching\n\n\nExplore these core elements of successful organizational and business leadership and acquire the tools needed to deepen your own development as a successful leader. For administrators\, managers\, section and committee heads\, and all those with leadership responsibilities in Waldorf schools and other workplace settings.\n  \nSCHEDULE\nFriday\, April 21\, 7-9pm\nSaturday\, April 22\, 9am-5:30pm \n  \nFACILITATORS \n \nJoachim Ziegler\, PhD\, has been working in the fields of Organizational Development and Human Resources Development since 1994. A partner in MIRA Companions for Development\, an international group of consultants\, Joachim’s current list of American and international clients encompasses the banking\, pharmaceutical\, retail\, and manufacturing sectors\, as well as anthroposophical institutions and Waldorf schools. Joachim is a member of the College of Social Sciences Section at the Goetheanum and the international Association for Social Development. He has taught at the University of Muenster and at Germany’s first private university in Herdecke. Joachim holds an MA in Adult Education and a PhD in Medical Education. \nJessica Heffernan Ziegler has been the Executive Director of Sunbridge Institute since 2008. Jessica’s professional focus on governance issues\, personnel development\, and leadership skills are utilized in both her Executive Director position and in her work as co-instructor (with Joachim Ziegler) of Sunbridge’s Collaborative Leadership course and related workshops. Jessica has worked as an executive coach and organizational development consultant for Waldorf school administrators and teachers\, as well as other professionals\, for many years\,consulting in diverse institutions and schools in both the US and Germany. Her Waldorf background also includes serving as the first administrator and a board member at a Waldorf school she co-founded in Everswinkel\, Germany; she also sits on the board of the Otto Specht School in Chestnut Ridge\, NY. Jessica is currently engaged in training with SECA International and is a partner in MIRA Companions for Development\, an international consulting group. She did biography training with Karl-Heinz Finke and holds a BS in Business Management. \n  \nFEE\n$225\, with online registration (available through 7pm\, Thursday\, April 20).
