Designed for all those involved in planning, problem-solving or decision-making processes in Waldorf schools or other non-profit organizations, this workshop will introduce you to the following diagnostic and planning tools that will help you look at your organization with clarity and insight and give you a practical approach for creating and leading transparent and reliable processes:
– The Seven Levels of an Organization  Understanding the dynamics of your organization
