Conflict as an inevitable aspect of organizational life is a concept that most of us resignedly accept and then try our hardest to avoid. But what if we were trained in how to view conflict constructively? And shown how to use it as a valuable tool for effecting positive change in the workplace?
Working with Conflict as a Catalyst for Change in the Workplace, is designed to do just that.
Through training provided by instructors Joachim Ziegler, PhD and Jessica Heffernan Ziegler, you’ll come to understand what makes an organization “conflict capable;” learn how conflict can lead to innovative ideas and practices; and develop the skills needed to use conflict to improve collegial relationships and group dynamics in your own school, business, or organization.  You will leave with highly valuable skills and much enthusiasm for your work ahead.
