The newest workshop in our Collaborative Leadership: Mastering the Essentials series
Inspiring / Intervening / Steering / Coaching
These are the four basic skills required of every successful organizational and business leader.
In this workshop, designed for administrators, managers, section and committee heads, board members, and all those with decision-making responsibilities in Waldorf schools and other workplace settings, we will explore these core elements of successful leadership. Through large and small group work, along with individual reflection (“What do I do well? What do I need to develop?”) and using real-life case studies taken from organizations from multi-million-dollar nationals to Waldorf schools, we will unpack these four skills, drilling down in each area. You will leave with the tools needed to deepen your capacities, expand your skills, and further your development as a successful leader.
