The newest workshop in our Collaborative Leadership: Mastering the Essentials series
Inspiring * Intervening * Steering * Coaching
These are the four core leadership skills essential to running a team, committee, or organization. Based on the backdrop of the Threefold social organism, this modern approach to leadership allows you to create a dialogue with those with whom you work. As a leader, however, it’s crucial not only to master these four qualities, but to understand when and how to apply them. Which scenarios call out for coaching, and when would you be better off intervening? How can you prepare yourself to react with clarity and resolution when needed in routine circumstances, and with flexibly and sensitivity when called for in unforeseen (and unforeseeable) situations?
In this latest “Collaborative Leadership” workshop, designed for decision-makers working in any organization or business, we will unpack these four core leadership skills, drilling down in each area to thoroughly explore each element. Through large and small group work, along with individual reflection (“What do I do well? What do I need to develop?”), and using real-life case studies taken from organizations ranging from large international corporations to Waldorf schools, this workshop will provide you with:
* Inspiration (for personal growth, leading to organizational growth)
Our “Collaborative Leadership: Mastering the Essentials” workshop series complements and expands upon the work of our “Collaborative Leadership” summer course. While previous Sunbridge Leadership course or workshop participants are especially encouraged to attend—as each experience builds upon the other—you need not have had prior Sunbridge Leadership experience to get the most out of this workshop.
